The breakfast
Hamza at the reception was first class
The staff,they were so friendly and tried a lot to undeerstand English and responde in Eglish too. The security guys at the entracebwere super helpful with the bag and door.

the hotel is so bad in everything they tried to steal money over the reservation,tax and charge in purpose of FX they insisted to take a 300 EGP as insurance with no reason which is against law and I never saw this in any hotel all over the world the hotel impossible to 4 stars category also we spend a full day from 12 afternoon till 10 at night with no water and they brought us 2 bottles of water and they added them to the invoice the cleaning level is so poor all beds mattresses old and Dilapidated
